Target Background | Wnt-3a activates the canonical Wnt signaling pathway and is expressed in the dorsal midline region, playing a crucial role in spinal cord development. Additionally, it regulates autophagy, apoptosis, neuron regeneration, neurogenic inflammation, and axon regeneration. Wnt-3a promotes the beta-catenin/Tcf pathway, which can induce tumors and lead to cancer in specific cell populations. Moreover, it is widely used in cytokine for organoid construction. |
