| Application Notes | Ready-to-use A549 whole cell lysate is prepared as a positive control for separation by SDS-PAGE and subsequent western blot analysis. Heat lysate to 95°C for 5 minutes and rapidly cool. The recommended loading volume per lane is 2~10 ul depending on the size format of your gel. |
